How the hall works

The Molson Canadian Centre, the concert venue at Casino New Brunswick, shares the complex with a hotel and the casino floor. Its tickets are sold by one authorised seller, Ticketmaster, and the venue warns that tickets bought elsewhere may be fraudulent. The venue suggests buying ahead; its box office is open on select weekdays and from 90 minutes before showtime.

Shows are open to every age unless the ticket information says otherwise. Children up to 24 months come in without a ticket, on an adult's lap. Older children need a ticket for a seat and must come with an adult. Accessible seats are bought on Ticketmaster, and their place in the hall changes from show to show.

Arriving

…

    1. Leave Route 2 at exit 450 (Magnetic Hill) for 21 Casino Drive; parking on site is free.
    2. Box office: selling from 90 minutes before showtime.
    3. Arrive early: entry lines and security checks take time. Tickets work by Mobile Entry on the phone.
    4. No bags, backpacks, cameras or outside food and drink. The hall has no coat check.
    5. Re-entry is allowed during the show.
    6. After the show the casino floor is 19+ with photo ID, until 2 AM or 3 AM depending on the night.

The venue asks people to arrive early. Entry lines and security checks take time, and coming at showtime can mean missing part of the show. Tickets work through Mobile Entry, with the phone as the ticket, so the venue suggests saving them to the phone before the event.

A guest may leave the hall and come back in. During the show, aisles stay clear: no standing, sitting or dancing in them. The show-night page goes through each of these rules in more detail.

    What stays in the car

    • Bags and backpacks are not allowed into shows, so they stay in the car.

    • Cameras, drones and recording devices are also kept out of the hall.

    • Outside food and drink, water included, cannot come in, and water is sold at the bars inside.

    • The hall has no coat check, but the casino's coat check takes coats when it has room, at no charge for Rewards Club members.

    ALC.ca and this page's ads

For online play, New Brunswick recognises one platform as both legal and regulated: ALC.ca. Atlantic Lottery, owned by the four Atlantic provinces, runs it with Digital Instants, iBingo and iCasino. In its view, other online gambling sites may not legally operate or advertise in Atlantic Canada, whatever overseas licence they cite. Private online operators have no provincial licence to apply for.

Every paid link on this page carries an Ad label and leads to a single private online casino partner that pays the guide. That partner is not named, since it can change, and the guide does not stand behind it.

    Questions from the lobby

For a show starting at 7:30 PM, when can tickets be bought at the hall?

At 6 PM: the Molson Canadian Centre window starts selling 90 minutes ahead of a 7:30 PM start. It also opens on select weekdays, and the venue suggests buying ahead through Ticketmaster, the one authorised seller.

A teenager under 19 holds a concert ticket: can the evening continue on the casino floor?

The concert is fine, since shows are open to every age unless the ticket information says otherwise, though a child with a seat must come with an adult. The casino floor stays closed to them. Under Great Canadian's family policy, nobody under 19 enters a gaming floor.

Does the Molson Canadian Centre take coats?

The hall has no coat check of its own. The casino's coat check takes coats when it has room, and Rewards Club members use it at no charge.

Which Trans-Canada exit serves Casino Drive?

Drivers on Route 2 leave at exit 450, the Magnetic Hill exit. Parking at the site costs nothing.

Does this guide carry a show calendar?

This guide prints no show listings, prices or event dates. Great Canadian lists upcoming shows at greatcanadian.com/entertainment.
