Tickets and seats
Concert seats at Casino New Brunswick
The Molson Canadian Centre at Casino New Brunswick sells its tickets through one channel, and it sets its own rules for children and for access. This page goes through those rules in order, from the one authorised seller to lap seating for children up to 24 months.

One authorised seller
Ticketmaster is the only authorised seller of Molson Canadian Centre tickets. The venue warns that tickets bought from other sellers may be fraudulent. That warning covers any ticket that did not come through Ticketmaster, whatever channel offered it. In practice, the purchase starts and ends in one place.
The box office at the hall opens 90 minutes before showtime. It also opens on select weekdays. Buying at the window on show night is possible, but the venue suggests buying ahead. A ticket bought earlier can then be saved to a phone for Mobile Entry.
Presale codes and VIP options
Presale codes go to Rewards Club members who have agreed to receive email. Membership in the club is free and is arranged at Guest Services inside the casino. A member who has not accepted email does not get the codes.
Some shows offer a VIP experience. When one does, it appears on that show's event page, and the details arrive by email closer to the date. The desk prints no listings of its own. Upcoming shows are listed on greatcanadian.com/entertainment.
Ages in the hall and on the floor
Unless a show's ticket information says otherwise, any age may attend at the Molson Canadian Centre. Children up to 24 months may come in without a ticket, seated on an adult's lap. Older children need a ticket for their own seat. They must also come with an adult. Checking the ticket information before buying settles whether a given show sets a higher age.
The casino floor follows a different rule. New Brunswick allows casino play from age 19. Under Great Canadian's family policy, nobody under 19 enters a casino or gaming floor. A child with a concert ticket can sit in the hall but cannot walk onto the floor before or after the show.
Accessible seats and animals
The Molson Canadian Centre is accessible. Accessible seats are bought on Ticketmaster, the same channel as every other ticket. Anyone who needs an accessible seat picks it during the Ticketmaster purchase. Their place in the hall changes from show to show, so a seat location from one concert says nothing about the next.
On the casino floor, service animals are allowed. Pets are not permitted there.
Questions from the lobby
Is someone under 19 allowed into a concert at the Molson Canadian Centre?
Yes, unless the ticket information for that show says otherwise. A child past lap age needs a ticket for a seat and must come with an adult. The casino floor stays closed to them, since nobody under 19 enters it.
Does a baby need its own ticket?
Not up to 24 months, provided the child sits on an adult's lap. A child older than that needs a ticket for a seat.
Where are accessible seats sold?
On Ticketmaster, like all Molson Canadian Centre tickets. Where those seats sit in the hall changes from show to show.
How do presale codes reach concertgoers?
They are a benefit for Rewards Club members who have agreed to receive email. Membership is free and is set up at Guest Services in the casino.
